artist & archivist of leather, ritual, and time

Sondera 1974 is a gallery of work shaped by hand, rooted in ritual, and marked by time. Here, texture is honored. Scars are kept... and each series is viewed through a lens of time-worn detail and the art of slow-living. Some pieces are made to order. Others are already waiting for you. Nothing here is rushed. No two are ever quite the same.

Limited Edition Lucas Wallets

Most of my work is made in small batches, with the hope that each piece finds its person. Which usually means nothing extra, nothing left behind. But last winter I made a handful of Lucas wallets in special color stories…Mountain Range (brown + moss green) and Campfire (orange + gray with a flash of yellow stitch).

I’m reintroducing them this weekend as a little late summer grab, pared down to $80 (from $120).

Just 3 of 8 are left.

Once they’re gone, they are gone.

leather as a medium.

At Sondera 1974, leather isn’t perfected; it’s preserved. Every scar, stretch mark, and rustic edge is left in place as an act of reverence.

This is slow work, where ethics meet artistry, and nothing is rushed or repeated.

Founder and artist Beth Dryden, based in Atlanta, creates each piece as a study in time, texture, and ritual...made for those drawn to meaningful materials and soulful design.
