Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-15 business days. In most cases, items are made to order unless stated it is a "ready to ship" product within the description. Each product is handmade with love and care and your patience is much appreciated so that you get a top-quality bag or wallet.

Should your order be received during a high volume time, owner and artist, Beth Dryden, will reach out directly via email to give the best time estimates of when your product will be made and shipped.

Sondera 1974 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sondera 1974 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
